- Set out your address for service and phone number, or your agent's.RTA s.13(2)(e).
- Swap email addresses for service.Email is deemed received on the third day; mail on the fifth.
- Take no more than half a month's rent eachfor the security deposit and any pet damage deposit (s.19).
- Arrange the move-in and move-out inspections, offering at least two times, and complete the condition inspection report (RTB-27).
- Skip it and the deposit damage claim is lost.Section 24(2). Send an agent if you cannot fly out.
