A managed unit is one with a lease
A unit counts the first time a lease is activated on it, and keeps counting through vacancy: turnover repairs, inspections and relisting all live on that unit. Listings, applications and showings are free.
Stop managing a unit you no longer own or run and it drops off your next invoice.
Thirty days free, from your first managed unit
Not from the day you sign up. Set up, list, and take applications for as long as you like; the clock starts when your first lease goes live. No card to start.
After the trial your first invoice is issued; add a payment method and it is collected automatically. Nothing is switched off if an invoice goes unpaid — an unpaid balance carries into your next bill with a one-time 15% late fee, and we will remind you.
Billed on the 1st, for the month ahead
On the 1st we count the units you manage that day and bill the month in front of you. A unit you start managing on the 15th is free until the 1st.

Small fees when rent moves. You choose who pays.
Convenience fees apply when tenants pay rent through Tenon10, and you decide per payment method whether the tenant, you, or both cover them. Exact fees are shown before any payment is confirmed.
