- Move-in: on the day the tenant is entitled to possession, or another agreed day.
- Move-out: before a new tenant moves in.On or after the day the tenant stops occupying the unit, or another agreed day.
- Between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. unless you both agree otherwise.
- Offer a first opportunity in writing.Consider any other time the tenant proposes.
- If that fails, give a second opportunity on the RTB-22.The Notice of Final Opportunity to Schedule a Condition Inspection.
