- Section 88: notices and most other documents.Includes the RTB-30, RTB-33, RTB-7, a written demand for utilities and a notice of entry.
- Section 89: dispute applications and RTB decisions and orders.Only in person, registered mail, email to an address for service, or as the RTB orders.
- Section 89(2): a landlord's application for an order of possession or to end a tenancy early.Also allows leaving it with an adult who apparently lives with the tenant, and attaching it to the door.
