- Offer at least two opportunities to inspect.The second on the RTB-22.
- Take part in the inspection.
- Complete the report and give the tenant a copy.Within 7 days after move-in; within 15 days after the later of the move-out inspection and the forwarding address in writing.
- If you allow a pet later and no move-in inspection was done, inspect on or before the day it arrives.RTA s.23(2).
- Keep the first offer, the RTB-22 and proof of service on file.
