RTB-27 Fill-In Checklist

1. Legal names of landlord and tenants, matching the tenancy agreement.Use a Schedule of Parties (RTB-26) for more tenants.
2. Your address for service, the unit address with suite number, and the possession date.
3. Move-in inspection date (box F).It starts the 7-day clock for the tenant's copy.
4. Leave boxes G and H blank until the end of the tenancy.
5. Name any agent attending for the tenant (box I).The tenant must tell you in advance.
