- Register each unit separately.A suite or accessory unit needs its own registration.
- Decide who registers: the property host, or a property manager as supplier host with the host's details. A manager must not apply as the property host.
- Set up a BC Registries login.BC Services Card with Canadian ID; otherwise BCeID, which takes about 8 to 10 days.
- Property details: address, PID, number of bedrooms and ownership type.
- Host details: name, contact details, SIN and date of birth.
