Yukon Rent Control Ends December 1: What Changes
WHITEHORSE, Oct. 29, 2026: Yukon's Bill 8 removes the rent cap from December 1. Rent increases will need six months' notice, and landlords can end a tenancy without a reason on six months' notice.
